She slept on the couch with her head in my lap today. She is never allowed to do that but this was her last day with us after nearly seven years. My heart is broken and I miss her so much.

I am SO SAD…she was my french fry buddy. I will miss her but you have to know that you have done the right thing. When the quality of life is gone …..then life is truly gone. She lived a wonderful life with you and you treated her with nothing but love and kindness and she loved you for that. I know that doesn’t make the situation feel much better at this moment because you are filled with grief but in a few short months you can look at this picture of her and smile knowing you gave her a wonderful gift ..the gift of no more suffering. Love to all of you and my deepest sympathy for the loss of Miss Daisy!
thank you ♥ i know it was the right thing but it was so very hard…it went against my natural urge to keep her safe and alive. i know people will think she was just a dog but she was really something special to us.
