charlie jones- i’m charlie. short for charlene but please don’t ever go there. only my crazy grandma and teachers on the first day of school ever called me that.
my huband- brent. manager at interstate batteries and makes really awesome folk art birdhouses.
noah- 4 year old smarty pants with a flair for breaking his teeth. he likes transformers, watermelon, animals, the color green, and putting his feet on chloe to make her cry.

chloe- almost 3 year old drama queen tyrant who survives by calling me “my beautiful” like it’s my name. she likes princesses, purple & pink, coloring, chips, and pasta…but mostly crying. photographer’s model extraordinaire.

cat- sparta. black and evil.
2 rescued boxer dogs- daisy and violet.
we live in an old house in ohio. i call it my house built of bricks like in the 3 little pigs.
i’m an artist. my degree is in painting but i like to think of myself as a painter/illustrator/designer/firefighter/doctor/lawyer/astronaut/photographer and i think I am actually at least a couple of those things. i have no focus these days.
i know one thing I am not is a good housekeeper.
i also like to think of myself an earthy mother type but i may eat too much chocolate and potato chips (like for breakfast) to qualify. i did however like to wear my babies, breast feed noah and chloe and chose not to circumcise noah. enough for everyone around here to call me a dirty hippie. i think just not letting them drink soda was enough for that though. low hippie standards in this area.
i like to take way too many pictures and sometimes get paid for it.
i don’t like transforming those stupid transformers. or putting those rubber dresses on the little plastic princesses…hours of my life i’ll never get back.
